Brush-up needed

[edit]

Hurricanehink, see my edits; a brush-up is needed here. I am unable to verify some of the most significant information about this hurricane from the sources given. SandyGeorgia (Talk) 19:44, 1 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Also, it doesn't appear that the source above has been added. SandyGeorgia (Talk) 19:46, 1 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hello fellow Wikipedians,

I have just added archive links to 9 external links on Hurricane Mitch. Please take a moment to review my edit. If necessary, add {{cbignore}} after the link to keep me from modifying it. Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}} to keep me off the page altogether. I made the following changes:

Source for the death toll downgrade

[edit]

A while ago, the death toll for Hurricane Mitch listed on Wikipedia was downgraded from 19,325 to 11,374. I'm unaware of any primary or reliable source that backs up such a drastic downgrade. EPicmAx4 (talk) 08:35, 17 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@EPicmAx4: I currently don't believe I have a source (I'm too lazy to look), but the IP that changed it to 19,325 used original resource, without telling where the extra 7,900+ deaths were. So, my question is, where the source backing up 19,325 deaths. Stay safe, Cyclone Toby 01:22, 21 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
