I guess this site is going the route of the open directory.
Certain sites are allowed but others aren't according to bias or whatever payoff they get.
I put my site up which pertains to striptease and recieved the above comment.
My site is free and I am not making a dime off of it. The external links below namely stripper web is a commercial site and makes money thru advertising and other means.
I really don't care about the external link on this site. Just thought it was relative link pertaining to the page. By the way I noticed on your user page you have links going to 2 of your sites. Anyways thats my take. Dan
