[edit]Is this an offering?
The subject refers to a unique and rare collectively-owned and organized realestate cottaging corporation, located in an interesting region of Ontario, and is not meant to be viewed as an "offer," whatever that may imply. This page does not serve as a business advertisement of any kind - no more so than a page dedicated to a brand-name product such as Pepsi, Nokia, or Sony does. People who are interested in cottage living, or are researching different aspects of cottaging, would find the page on the Park interesting, due the unusual premises behind its structure and organization.
- I'd agree with that, no there is no offering. The "Park" bit in the name is misleading. Its legal structure is more akin to a condo corporation with private ownership of the cottages but 50 year leases on the land. Harcourt Park is more akin to a small community, rural municipality, or village - and as such a page in Wikipedia is appropriate imho. 74.216.224.3 (talk) 18:15, 7 July 2017 (UTC)
