Done ~ I've MERGED the two articles under PSNA College of Engineering and Technology. It's the same subject. P.S.N.A.College of Engineering and Technology is now a REDIRECT to this one, but the lack of a space in the article title ("P.S.N.A.College of...") makes me think it's better to DELETE that page per Wikipedia:Article titles.
