Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/PCLinuxOS

Obviously non-encyclopedic; looks like someone's notes about installing a system. I'm sure it doesn't belong in Wikipedia, but I was wondering if it should be transwiki'd somewhere instead of just deleted.
