[edit]

The Sikh Misls were an important part of Punjabs history especially considering that the Sukerchakia Misl was the Misl from which the Maharaja of Punjab came from. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.6.38.139 (talkcontribs) 05:12, 26 August 2004 (UTC)[reply]

dispute

[edit]

There's a dispute regarding Maharaja Ranjit Singh's ancestors, specifically about Buddha Singh being the only famous ancestor, who is claimed to be a Sansi Jatt, not Warraich, according to reliable sources. To resolve this, we seek opinions from others. We request comments on the reliability of sources for Maharaja Ranjit Singh's family origin, specifically the Family Origin and Sukerchak Village sections. Should we remove these sections due to lack of reliable sources? Please provide credible sources to clarify this matter. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Jassu712 (talkcontribs) 14:06, 6 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

@Jassu712 - Why are the current sources not reliable? It is supported by multiple sources. MaplesyrupSushi (talk) 14:13, 6 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
but they are not reliable not even a single source is from reputable author Jassu712 (talk) 14:24, 6 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Budha Singh is the first ancestor of the Sukerchakia family who had associations with Sikhism not his father he accepted Sikhism for washed away his sin not to fulfill his father wish according to reliable sources book from Hari ram Gupta Kushwant Singh and genda Singh Jassu712 (talk) 14:27, 6 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
i can provide you even Page number of different Book from reputable author's which soldfy my claim Jassu712 (talk) 14:29, 6 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
it seem you are the only one who solitary defacing the issue of uncertain objection, but still i don't feel anything until and unless you want to contribute legitimately and considerate the neutral fact from both side of opposition, and I have refine some extra insertion to clear the misconception between two of us thank and regard Our Panjāb (talk) 18:02, 6 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@Our Panjāb i guess Yes let's solve this now let's Just remove warraich jatt part instead of whole section since it's very disputed which caste Maharaja Ranjit Singh belong Jassu712 (talk) 18:08, 6 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@Our Panjāb read Hari Ram Gupta Book The Sikh Comrnonwealth or Rise and FalI of Sikh Misls page number 294 mentioned Buddha Singh is sansi Jatt and he adopted Sikhism to washed away his sin Jassu712 (talk) 18:15, 6 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@Our Panjāb if you can provide reliable source from any respectable author with page number i will back down since i already done my research Jassu712 (talk) 18:24, 6 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Sorry to say but you done nothing extraordinary, the research paper me and that @MaplesyrupSushi dude put effortful attribution are much more attentive and broadly cover the spectrum of whole sukerchakia family and for your kind information just examine the book doesn't change the contraction and diversity of statement and furthermore i want to conclude Khuswant singh and some of other notable sikh historian are not bad but on some greater extend
but it phenomenally need more leverage and diverse composition to prevent the narrow minded approach to boost a reckless entitlement
Our Panjāb (talk) 18:45, 6 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Oppose: To be honest do you really thinks a authenticity only can labeled by khuswant singh, are rest of all biased i dont thinks so, thats where you lacking otherwise everything is ok an to the point 2402:8100:2B87:FE05:D8D3:E098:B855:7D78 (talk) 18:56, 6 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
