Could we have some summary, however brief, of the conclusions of each essay? Otherwise this article looks rather like an advert for the book. The questions are quite tantalising when left unanswered, and being interested in this sort of thing I'd love to know what theories the historians came up with. I just got this book from the library, and I'll try to add a summary to some of these. Regretably, some of articles mostly deal with what happened and how some people prevented what might of happened. 15 June 2007
