Creation (and things to do)

Software engineering links to this article, listing RUSSOFT as an organization promoting Software Engineering. There is a good deal more material in the external link to www.russoft.org homepage. I'm not sure how to derscribe the purpose of RUSSOFT. I've marked it corp-stub rather than org-stub because it seems to be an advocacy organization and business promotion org.

I'm not sure if the title should be RUSSOFT or RUSSOFT Association (or possibly other capitalizations). RJFJR 02:17, Apr 22, 2005 (UTC)
